I specialise in treating the symptoms of trauma like anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and flashbacks. Living with trauma on a continuous, possibly daily basis could fundamentally change the way we respond to life’s challenges, opportunities and demands. Traumatic life adapts us to a continuous struggle for survival.

I am accredited supportive family counsellor with extensive experience with a leading family support organisation in Stroud. I specialise working with families with children from one to 10 years old. I can offer home visits for supportive family counselling.
I am here to help you work towards resolution of the issues standing on the way of achieving a happier and healthier family life.
